The Concept

An unexpected pairing brought the Washington Irish Rugby Football Club and FS8 Ballston together for OUT OF POSITION, a fitness activation designed to challenge routines, introduce a new approach to conditioning, and build community beyond the pitch.​

The Execution

Best Day Creative produced the experience through strategic partnerships, creative coordination, and thoughtful hospitality.

The evening featured FS8's ReformX Pilates class, curated gift bags with full-size contributions from Saint James Iced Tea, MegaBabe, and Atlas Brew Works, and a post-class social at Andy's Pizza featuring complimentary pizza and exclusive specials.

The Outcome

OUT OF POSITION reached its 13-participant capacity, with 100% of post-event survey respondents reporting satisfaction and interest in attending another BDC-produced activation.

The activation created new connections between the rugby club and local businesses, demonstrating the value of unexpected partnerships.
